I'm Kassandra Arsenault, a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to digital marketing and helping businesses level up their backend through Virtual Assisting and Online Business Management. My journey started in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where I was always driven to make a significant impact in the world.

Initially, I pursued a degree in Psychology at Lakehead University, but during my second year, I discovered my love for Business Management. I realized that blending my passion for Psychology with Business would equip me with the unique skills to help people on a larger scale. This led me to fast-track my Psychology degree and shift my focus to Business Marketing at Confederation College. My fascination with the Digital and Online Communication industry quickly grew, and I further honed my skills with a Social Media Marketing diploma from George Brown College.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded my digital marketing company, Konnect. Building this business from the ground up has been one of my proudest achievements. Through Konnect, I’ve been fortunate to work with solopreneurs and multi-7-figure companies worldwide. I’ve helped clients scale from $100K months to $500K months, built thriving memberships, grew masterminds, and planned and assisted in-person retreats.

One of my core strengths is delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that my clients feel as if I’m an extension of their business, truly aligning with their vision and goals. My work isn’t just about marketing; it’s about creating strong, lasting relationships and contributing to my clients' long-term success.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and practicing yoga. Maintaining my mental and physical well-being is essential to my success, both personally and professionally.
